the tri land is correct. while drawing cards is nice, being able to cast all those powerful gold cards is much better.

idk why ppl think the card is good. its a reactive cranial extract, and even that card didnt see alot of play. being uncounterable and one mana is nice, but only as nice as their grave.

there are many viable deck in the current t2 format. Time Spiral dosnt bring us too many new decks, but rather upgrades new old ones and makes tier 2 decks more viable. ofcourse some decks are better ...
