Really minor - Can the .dec format user \r\n for line delimiter rather than just \n? Slightly better for people who open it in notepad. Thanks!

How about player-run 1:1 sealed league matches using m-l's sealed pool code? It would essentially be a 2-person sealed mini, probably wouldn't need much coding.
