No. Each attacking creature will only trigger Militia's Pride once. You can, at most, get as many tokens as there are attacking creatures.

It's kinda like frenzied goblin. Some people said they could activate it any number off times, but by the rules it only triggers once each time the conditions are met.

In addition, if you have multiple militia's prides, for example two, it will create two triggers for each attacking non-token creature, three militia's will create three triggers for each attacking non-token creature, etc.
