can this deck still be a gun-slinger? Thoughts on it vs current meta......ideas to improve certain matchups?

counter sliver decks are usually much more controlling, and run fewer slivers, but every single one of those slivers are the most powerful ones.

I'd remove hibernation, winged and maybe even harmonic sliver, and put in more removal/counters.

G/W Silvers in Pauper is awesome though.

Had a sub par friend go to the 5k in denver with counter slivers and go 5-3-1 with it, not bad.
