RG elves with Eldrazi Monument is not a new idea.

Nissa and his Chosen are missing from your deck. They are much better than Baloth, Garruk and Sarkhan Vol.

I am actually a fan of Joraga Warcaller along with Archdruid. Makes all your 1/1's a lot more powerful and the deck harder to stop (they kill your Archdruid and that's it until you play another or a Monument).

I also think that Oran-Rief is a must in any Elf deck. It comboes nicely with Warcaller.

So, I suggest:

-2 Mountain, -2 Smoldering Spires + 4 Oran-Rief

-3 Arbor Elf
-3 Leatherback Baloth
-2 Sarkhan Vol
-2 Garruk Wildspeaker

+4 Nissa Revane
+4 Nissa's Chosen
+2 Joraga Warcaller

Quest for the Gemblades is terrible, so I'm not surprised it got cut every time you had the chance to do so.

Bloodbraid Elf and Lightning Bolt are good cards and goes straight into n Elf deck with minor adjustments.

This is what your RG build should do. No other red cards are needed. Since BBE takes 4 of the 4cc slots, you need to choose between Nissa and Garruk, and the former is clearly more important in a deck already carrying Eldrazi Monument for the big swings. He is useless without his buddy Chosen and so you need to make place for 4 of those. Baloth and Channelers are both useless compared to Warcaller in this deck, but since he is worse than Archdruid you don't need the full set. Arbor Elf is the obvious cut because you got only 4 3cc threats at this point, along with Sarkhan Vol which does nothing impressive on his own.

8 etbt lands may be a bit too much in a deck like this but you do need 8 red sources. You could go down to 3 Oran-Rief and add a mountain, but take a mental note of how many times you see it and it is useful and how many it ruins everything.

Great Sable Stag is much better than Autumn's Veil because you're using two spells to get one in play against control - that's a bad idea.

What all those Bant decks in your meta, Combust may be a good option. And with so little red, Leyline isn't really that good.

You shouldn't worry about Ascension other than trying to race them. This means that if you want something in your sb that deals with artifacts or enchantments, but don't like cascading into them, Vithian Renegades seems like the only option you got - and then you need to consider the value of those slots considering it is not that good.

Combust may help against Bant decks, killing their big white creatures.

Pithing Needle is better vs planeswalkers and manlands than Acidic Slime. It also stops Cunning Sparkmage, SGC and other stuff.

Sarkhan Vol doubles as pump vs the Bant decks as well as stealing their KotR's and BSangels.

Obstinate Baloth would certainly be good vs discard (Jund) and faster decks.
