Definitely get better lands.

I'd suggest 4 Kitchen Finks. He's so ridiculously good, you play 4 of them if you're green or white.

Great use of Torrent of Souls - both colors are playable with your mana, and both effects do some good stuff for you.

4 [ALA] Sarkhan Vol
2 [SHM] Murderous Redcap
4 [CNF] Scarland Thrinax
3 [LRW] Shriekmaw

SB: 3 [LRW] Cloudthresher
SB: 2 [ALA] Naturalize
SB: 3 [ALA] Necrogenesis
SB: 3 [CNF] Scepter of Fugue

That's the list I've been tinkering with. Sarkhan is a must-play in this archetype. Versus control he gives you haste, and the threat of dragons. Versus critters, he gives you the threaten effect which is outstanding with good sac outlets. Shriekmaw has been great, since you can sac him after you evoke for a little extra punch. I really like the persist creatures in this deck since they can be eaten twice, and combine with bitterblossom and sprouting to give mass removal a really hard time. I have threatens main due to a creature heavy meta, but in a more balanced meta they should probably leave for more profanes, banefire, or marsh flitter. Also I only recommend threaten if you're playing more than 4 husks/scarland thrinax. I'm not running torrent of souls right now, since I'm not playing the flitter, and those two seem to work best when played together.

Torrent of Souls + cip effects of targeted creature:

ToS resolves and put i.e Marsh Flitter in play

As a part of resolution (second part, to be exact), creatures in play get +2/+0 and haste.

Marsh Flitter's cip ability is put on stack

Ability resolves and puts 2 goblins into play WITHOUT HASTE AND +2/+0!

vedrfolner: good point! I've never played torrent on a token generating creature, so I'd never really thought through the timing. For me this makes torrent of souls even less appealing in the deck.

Seens like bone splinters is the best spot removal for that deck, it fits like a glove.
