When testing for "the new standard" before a new block releases, my friends and I build 40 card decks from the current block and the latest edition (so right now it's Rav + 9th) and that got me thinking...

Mini-Magic

Deck: exactly 40 cards, no SB (that could change to a 10 card SB)
Requirements: no more than 3 of any card, except basic lands. Other than that, it's like any other deck you could build.

Is this playable? Has the idea been brought up before? Any deck ideas? Let me know folks
