Try clicking on the link and following the instructions on removal. Also, if you are on a wireless network with a static IP, try resetting the main router and see if you get a permissable IP(Or something to that effect. WHen I had this problem, resetting the router worked fine.)

Avatar, when you follow the link, there are 5 or so FAQs which should help you out. And before you take yourself off the list, make sure that you in fact don't have an open proxy.

If you have a static IP, resetting the router won't do anything. Static IPs never change, no matter what you do. You are speaking of dynamic IPs.
