-Steel Overseer- A lord that just keeps getting better over time and combos too well with Walking Ballista and Hangarback Walker

-Mother of Runes/Kabira Evangel- There are few interactive spells in the format already and repeatable protection just makes it that much harder to deal with allies and clerics, tribes that tend to snowball into their win. Other ways to give repeatable protection will be looked at closely in the future.

-Rage Forger- Tutorable by a 1drop and often deals too much damage too quickly for even the other “best decks” to contend with.

-Gravecrawler- Cryptbreaker and Carrion Feeder are the true offenders here and Diregraf Colossus to a lesser extent. Taking Gravecrawler away from zombies hurts all those cards since they can no longer activate Cryptbreaker as early with the same consistency unless they play a much worse 1drop. They can’t dump all their extra mana into Carrion Feeder to turn it into The Abyss or simultaneously trigger Diregraf Colossus by casting Gravecrawler 4 times in a turn.
Allowed in by Exemption
Duplicant- The purpose of the artifact lords and anthems being in format is to allow everyone to have at least a decent card in that spot on their deck’s curve and patch holes in the creature base of some of the less printed tribes. Duplicant gives everyone a decent way of removing a troublesome opposing creature when there are no other options.

Theros Scrylands- gives all two colored pairs a slow land that produces a little bit of value, as opposed to before when the best slow lands were the cycling lands from Amonkhet.

Snow Basics- possibly expands the amount of playable strategies.

*All other changes were just a slight change in wording to make the rules sound more formal.
