Just some thoughts:

Price of Progress is sideboard while Magma Spray is maindeck? That's a bold metagame call, but I guess it's possible that it's right.

You do not want Disintegrate. It's good with 6 or 7 mana, but better would be drawing a better spell so you can kill them before you get to 6 or 7 mana.

Needs Flame Rift.

I would rather play Gitaxian Probe in this deck than an underpowered card like Shock.

Sulfuric Vortex (dirt cheap), Guerilla Tactics (dirt cheap) and Smash to Smithereens (slightly more expensive) are good budget-friendly sideboard cards to consider.

Pyroclasm is probably better than Firedancer against at least 90% of the decks you'd want it for.

Sideboard cards in Legacy should be high-impact. Pyromancer seems mediocre at best, and I honestly can't think of a deck I'd want to bring in Phoenix against. If you can't find enough budget-friendly on-theme cards then just play graveyard hate, Pithing Needle, or something random like Ashen Rider.

I was thinking of some cards that just end you, and the ones that came to mind were Glacial Chasm, Dark Depths, Chalice, and Trinisphere.

Pillage can clear out any of them. It won't hit any enchantments like your Disks, but it removes some lands and artifacts that Needle doesn't disrupt. Of course if you're not worried about the lands, there is far better artifact removal than Pillage. Budget options: Molten Rain and Smash to Smithereens.

And having a little graveyard hate in the sideboard is a common strategy.
