I have no specific suggestions, but I can offer some general ones:

First, identify what sort of formats this local store offers. I know my local shop has weekly Standard and Modern events, neither of which your deck would be legal in. It would suck to build a sweet deck and not be allowed to play because it includes illegal cards. If you're unsure what a format name means, this should help:

Second, identify which cards in your deck are most important, and build around them with more focus. You have a lot of cards listed as 1-3x without much reason that I can see (availability maybe?). If a card is very important to your deck, play 4 of it. If a card is potentially good the first time you draw it, but subsequent copies are no good, play 1. If it's somewhere in between, or the card is a worse version of a very important card that you already have 4 of, play somewhere in between. You've done a decent job of this already, 1x Persecution and 2x Bubbling Muck show that, but I think it could be better. Which leads to...

Third, make use of your sideboard. I see a lot of cards in there (Elixir of Immortality, for example) that will be good against a few specific decks but bad or even useless against others. You may not play 3-game matches with your friends, but that is usually how organized events are done.
