ratchet bomb in the 75 would be useful.

I'd get 4 forbidden alchemies in the maindeck. I don't like 3 doom blade 2 go for the throat with 3 liliana and 2 zenith...and 3 despise.

Don't see a need for blue zenith.

SB could use some work. Don't see dismember being better than the new enchantment -2/-2. I know the theme of the 3/2 flyer, but I think that's ruining your card choices slightly. I would probably cut the card since every deck either has burn or a faster clock or lilana...which you can't really protect against well with only 7 dudes.

3 wurmcoil is excessive for sure.

You're on the way though for sure.

i think i like more aggro version. your blue is minimal so y not run all lands that produce black and buch of duesl that produce blue. run the blue for snapcaster, forbidden alchemy and mana leaks. cut some of ur lack luster removal like jace and dissipate, bsz. throw in some heavy hitters like obliterator and more titans. maybe a mana artifact to speed things up.

i just dont see Ub Control being as effective as UBw control

I wouldnt say my blue is minimal when you think about Mana Leaks, Think Twice, Snapcaster Mages, Delvers, and the 1 Blue Sun. Sure my blue mana curve is 3 but have you ever had Mws not let you get an island when you REALLY need one lol.

In a 2 color deck it's always fine to have some imo to get rid of random inkmoth nexus/new cycle of lands (moorland haunt especially is a pain for control, u have to kill twice every threat they make and that's usually game breaking)
