Quick answer: No.

Long answer: The Blackberry devices have their own operating system, which includes the, for lack of a better term, translators to run applications. Here it is easiest to look at the OS as a language - Windows is, persay, English, and the Blackberry, French. Now, the French OS on the Blackberry can't read the English program. Granted, this is a gross simplication of the matter, but the idea remains the same.

At this point, you may wonder if it is possible to 'translate' MWS into French, to continue the analogy. Again, the answer is no. To do that, we would need the source code - the humanlike version of the program. Getting that is not possible due to the developers.

Another option may be to write a version of MWS from scratch. That would be hard, as it would be a challenge to write a program that could run even on multiple Blackberries. Communicating with the server is another problem - A single lost packet and the game gets that feared <System>Player Lost message.

I hope this aids your understanding.
