what did blightnign lose to? seems like both top2s are good amtchups.

then again... he beat me in quarters with an awful matchup so who knows lol.

and i guess PRIMERO

by Memmy on 2009-09-03 03:02 CET

Nice seeing Blightning Aggro back in the meta, I hate that blue decks have basically dominated the meta, they dont always win, but its like an 80% chance that they do...

by on 2009-09-03 05:41 CET

I just hate how with the current mana base you can play almost anything, I wouldnt be suprised if hive mind managed to get on the feild at some point agaist some of these so called teir 1 decks.

Im just saying with the current mana base and stall available, its not about what deck your playing, its more about how lucky your matchups were troughout the your going to see diffrent decks in the top 4 every time

by Eternal^ on 2009-09-03 06:09 CET

I think that the merfolks player had a really bad draw to loose a match against faeries.

by LordLink on 2009-09-03 08:34 CET

Why do people just straight up assume Merfolk beat Faeries? what do they do thats so special?

by Lynolf on 2009-09-03 09:12 CET

They are faster in controlling the board? I dunno.

by Mitchmachine on 2009-09-03 09:52 CET

people assume merfolk wins because when LOA wat t2 legal the match up was pretty awfull for faeries,

now its just a 50-50 match up,

by Krastino on 2009-09-03 10:26 CET

Just kill the Lords and Merfolk becomes a bad deck. Thompson plays 6 spot removal and 3 mass removal, so I see how he beated the Merfolk deck. BTW, is Heartquate good? I think u realized it's bad, but it was worth trying.
The deck is pretty good, but I prefer having 1 more Bolt to kill GSS and win a lot of game burning my oppo (yes, I won a game vs 5cc with Bolts). But u know, u're better than me and u deserve to win :)

by RiQuSP on 2009-09-03 10:26 CET

No, it's favourable for faeries. Not even near 50-50

by Shagrath on 2009-09-03 12:20 CET

Against Fire Faeries, i dont know how can u say that its 50-50.

by Jacois on 2009-09-03 13:30 CET

against blah blah, it's definately blah blah. In fact, I can't beleive blah blah beat blah blah and why the hell didn't blah blah get played by anyone? ML is so blah blah and the top 4 is blah blah and I'm the best, obv.

by derflippi on 2009-09-03 14:32 CET

mainly because brass gnats > pt

by FlyingFreak on 2009-09-03 16:05 CET

That faerie list almost auto wins against merfolks ...

by ovmlcabrera on 2009-09-03 16:36 CET

Tal como lo dijiste el mejorrrrr deck el hadas , en segundo lugar el merfolks.

by Shooter on 2009-09-03 20:51 CET

Conkis why do you think merfolk is a good matchup for red?

by ChiDoRiE on 2009-09-03 23:58 CET

il bet merfolk never drew more than 2 merfolk sovereigns..his draws must have sucked

oh wait
