i actually really like this. i'm think that keeping cards highlander is a better idea for this one reason:

i hear blue can make sure stuff doesn't resolve when they try to recast it. unsummoning the thing that's going to kill your planeswalker if you don't deal with it seems kinda ok.

Every single set in extended right now other than M10, Alara block, and Zendikar is unknown to me. I quit in 2002 and came back in summer 2009.
