Not really better than Jund. More like..Jund with white. And occasionally, I'll wager that standard Jund gets some fast hands up on your list. But overall, I'd say it's a better Jund deck.

Blood Moon only affect the subtypes of a land, which are things like Forest, Urza's, Locus, Swamp, etc. They're always behind the dash.
