Each judge brings in their own expectation. Which makes it interesting in a way.

I understand that's the expected, typical response to what I wrote. But these "judges" are not actually judges. I ...

Why is he the end all, be all, final decision on create a card? Does he work for R&D at Wizards? Any time anyone creates a good, powerful card, he says it's too good and it would never get print ...

Um, no. This deck sucks and would get raped by pretty much everything.

That's a terrible combo. All they have to do is counter one of those spells and you're finished.

If you're going to play combo, just play Dragonstorm

Scrying Sheets would be nice since there's a lot of snow lands, plus Ironfoot.

Bitterblossom will annihilate this deck though. Take Possession might be a good 2 of in here.

Not really sure; if ...

I think it'll see play. Wrath is great, but it's not a 4/4 flyer.

We'll have to see the rest of the set, obviously, but U/W control might be making a comeback which would be nice

You need Korlash, period. Also, Bad Moon is more geared toward aggro decks. It doesn't fit in your deck.

Another thing; you need to run more lands. I'd play 25.

By the way, they're reprinti ...

Can you play a creature for its Evoke cost, then blink it out before sacrificing it, having it come back into play and not having to sac it?

Thanks in advance.

PostForum: Standard (T2) Decks   Posted: Fri Mar 21, 2008 7:09 pm   Subject: T2 question
I'm buying all the cards for a new T2 deck, but I really can't afford Tarmogoyfs. Is Skred Red still a viable deck?

It looks pretty cheap compared to other T2 decks, but would it hold up in T2?

I don't see what's so surprising about this.

There are so many good cards you're not running for some reason.

Replace Snapback with Repeal
Replace Telling Time with Compulsive Research or Think Twice
4 Calciform Pools is too many

Temporal Extortion is terrible. You really need Dark Confidant and spashing red for Guildmage and Demonfire would be really good.

Get rid of Extortion. There are MUCH better choices out there.

Arena and Persecute are gone. The only way mono black will be viable is if you splash blue for draw. Chronicler is good I've heard.
