If you have Howling Mines, why bother playing Blightning? It's really effective when your point is to empty their hand, not when they're getting a lot of cards anyway.
So, either cut the mines ... |

they can win even if you try to terminate the swans....
YES we're telling you to MD thought hemorage if you have that much trouble.. as it is decent in all matchups if you know what your doing |

Why not just up the thought hem to 4?
I mean, you should be able to cast it on turn3 with a TON of different hands... just muligan effectively and it should be easy.

I'd probably go with incinerate as you have maelstrom pulse / nameless for the creature removal
Incinerate will still hit like 75% of creatures played and can hit to the dome |
