Considering that Swans sucks, and swath storm dosn't and Jup combo is pretty decent itself. I would have to say swath storm cuz it has a pretty good match-up vs merfolk & faeries.

Usually 25 for the Atlantic Regionals - but i'v never heard it being less than 20 unless your torunament turn outs are less than adverage
