You can go to magicthegathering.com to see the top 8 list for last years states to get a meta feel. We usually play alot of control but this year I'm not so sure.

1 Yes you pay 3 and put it into play face down as a 2/2 colorless creature.

2 No the only time you can play it as a morphed creature is if its in your hand.

I know it's not a good idea to get excited over the new T2 before a full set is released but holy shit WW is gonna kick ass. Any one else thinking about playing it at states?
