For hivemind just put in a chalice on 0. All pacts will be countered.

All except the ones you are forced to copy with hive mind in play Very Happy. You'll lose anyway, chalice on 0 doesn't do anything agai ...

I understand the combo, but that combo gets disrupted by a great deal of removal quite easily and removal has gotten incredibly efficient recently. So usually, you do not assemble the combo.

At any rate, unless you're playing in the pro tour, a marked cards penalty just gives you a warning for the first infraction. My friend got one at GP Richmond because he wasn't using card sleeves on ...
