Hi,
I came back after several months, and I tried to join #magic-league , and it says "address is banned".
Since I'm using an ISP that gives out dynamic addresses, and I'm in Uruguay... am I so unlucky that somebody else used the same address and got banned, or did the entire Uruguay block get banned? |

| well, hopefully they ban all of Europe so we can get some decently timed trials. |
