Question regarding arranging library

I am fairly new to the apprentice program, and am currently runing a R/G Goblin Food Chain deck. My question is, how would a person go about re-arranging thier library say after using a "Goblin Recruiter" whos text says "When Goblin Recruiter comes into play, search your library for any number of Goblin cards.
Reveal those cards to all players.
Shuffle your library, then put the cards on top of your library in any order."

I have yet to figure out how to gid through the deck and arrange it by puting cards in any order. I guess the question can apply to many cards, like brainstorm.

with recruiter you just grab all the goblins you want put them onto the play area then when ur done put them in the order you want. for brainstorm u put the 2 cards you want on top face down into play then you drag them on top of your library

For Recruiter, I would put all goblins you wish to tutor for into play... then put them all on the library and then do View - Top X of Library

Where X is the number of goblins you found. Rearrange them that way.
