I have struggled time and time again with this deck. It runs okay, but it lacks conistency. It's hard to compete with tier level decks. Please help me construct this deck to make it solid. I'm all out of ideas.

A 4th Dark Ritual would help you consistently play Underworld Dreams.

Some draw or tutor effects would help your consistency. I'm not sure what format/casual rules you're bound by, but at the least you could try out Brainstorm and/or Impulse. Fact or Fiction is another option if legal.

Megrim is really bad, as is Evacuation. Not knowing what this is intended to be playing against, I would suggest Smother and probably an alternate win condition (Psychatog, maybe?). The Volrath's Stronghold doesn't make much sense, either, with only 1 Kagemaro.
