Enchanted Evening says: All permanents are enchantments in addition to their other types.
I know that they also refer to equipment (artifacts by nature), but what of the equipped creatures? Are the creatures "enchanted", as if by an Aura, or are they simply just equipped creatures?
I'm thinking with Greater Auramancy in mind so...yeah, hopefully someone can reply me soon!  |

Something is enchanted if it has an Aura attached to it. The equipment may be an enchantment, it is not an Aura. So the creatures are not enchanted by the equipment.
212.4h The object or player an Aura is attached to is called enchanted. The Aura is attached to, or “enchants,” that object or player. |
