How do you add cards to MWS?

I've been looking for tutorials and websites that contain whatever files it is for adding cards and decks and actually working MWS but all I can find is online guides and playing guides. How do you get cards for and use them in MWS?

http://www.mwsgames.com/index.php/Main_Page download the card database and set it as the default master base then you build your deck
