Can I tap an Akroma, Angel of Fury that has protection from blue by using Cryptic Command which says tap all creatures your opponents control?

Protection from a color does the following things:

The "protected" card cannot be targeted by spells of that color.

The "protected" card cannot be enchanted by Auras of that color, and any Auras of that color currently enchanting said card (if any) fall of and go to the graveyard.

The "protected" card (if a creature) does not receive damage from sources of that color, excepting if the damage "cannot be prevented" (Excruciator damages creatures with protection from red, for example.)

The "protected" card (if a creature) cannot be blocked by creatures of that color.

That's all it does. Since Cryptic Command does none of those things with the mentioned mode (and it doesn't target the opponent either, so Seht's Tiger granting the player protection from blue, or Solitary Confinement in play on their board), its effect circumvents the Akroma's protection.

On the D.E.B.T. acronym, they've actually added Equipped. So I guess it's D.E.B.T.E.

There is also Fortify nowadays. Usually Enchant/Equip/Fortify is just wrapped into one and the acronym is kept the same.
