evoke + teferi ? & Reduce cost

Can you evoke as and instant if the card has flash?

Furthermore , does reducion in cost (like a banerret) affect evoke?

To elaborate on the first answer, you can evoke with Teferi in play as long as the stack is empty. Evoke is a static ability which allows you to play a card for an alternate cost and does not affect the stack in any other manner.

if your going to correct me maybe you should be right. you can evoke as an instant as you are playing the creature and how does it not affect the stack that doesnt make any sense. dont listen to him, you can evoke as an instant with teferi, if you couldnt evoke with flash then offalsnaout would be a pretty useless card

Nice... so if you play the alternative costs of Force of Will, the stack must be empty.

Anyway... evoke let's you play the card for its evoke cost any time you could normally play it from your hand, which means any time you could play an instant with Teferi.
