|
|
As soon as I make a deck, and save it, the card filter gets set to whatever cards were in my deck. So if I close MWS, open it again, and try to make a new deck, I can only use cards from the previous deck, cuz those are the only ones I see. Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem?
The only solution I've found is to re-install every time I want to make a new deck... I don't like that solution too much |

|
|
I just had the same problem myself.
I found a temporary fix, perhaps more desirable than reinstalling the whole program, but not optimal.
1. Go through your program files to the magic workstation folder.
2. Find the file labeled Master.mwBase and right click on it. **
3. Select OPEN or "open with"
4. Select Magic Workstation.
** If you have another base you prefer, select that instead.
By default, this opens up in the top / left pane, depending on your settings.
The File drop menu also has an "Open Libraries" option and an "Assign Default Master Base" option. I found these once again loaded the last deck I was working on as the Library, but maybe that is an isolated case? It may work for you. Otherwise, try the above procedure. |

those 4 steps are much easier than you'd think.
ctrl + m
does all 4 of those automatically |
