After incorporating inovations from different threshold, countertop, fish and various Tarmogoyf based decks i've come up with this list.
UG Threshold CounterTop with the usual suspects in any Thresh deck: goyf, mongoose, bear, FoW, daze, brainstorm, ponder.

Just as with many of the AggroControl decks in legacy and extended these days i added CounterTop as it is fantastic in just about every matchup.

The only real "twist" i added was the efreet. I had been playing faerie stompy lately and hadn't like how it played all the time. So I switched to UG Thresh. After some testing i found that just I didn't like just 12 creatures, and that Quirion Dryad was a non-factor most the games it resolved in. So I went looking for another dude. I found Serendib Efreet. Its a solid 3/4 for 3 that flies. Its great in games when your goyfs and bears are clogging up the ground. He comes down and starts chippin' away.

So, thats pretty much all there is to say about that. All there is left is for you forum roamers to leave me some feedback.

I suggest adding a playset of Stifles in the main somewhere. Wastelands alone are not really enough to actually hinder someone's mana development usually, but Stifle+Wasteland can win you games by itself.
