importing newest rules

How can I import the newest rules into mws? When clicking on the hyperlinks for rules, I'm taken to some outdated help file.. Is there a way to update that?

What about the errata? Is that automatically updated when I import the newest rulings?

Is there a way if the rulings available from the crystalkeep site has been updated without having to go through the update process?
