doesnt matter you dont have one drops, and you can easily fit them in

With spells costing three and four, and an assortment of WW, 1WW, UU, and 1UUU, along with a small 21 lands, hows that mana base working out for you?

dont call this control cause i dont see it i see like wu aggro control but this isnt a strict control deck

Ornithopter is terrible. You absolutely need Glorious Anthem for it to deal damage, and Familiar's Ruse + Warhammer is not a good idea, especially since you run WW with double and triple blue mana cost cards in your hand, being dead cards until you have board advantage. If you want to run WW with blue counters, use Delay and Rune Snag as counters, and creatures with power to deal damage.

Psionic Blast should be in there. So should Goldmeadow Stalwart and Militia's Pride. Run either Knight of Meadowgrain or Knight of the Holy Nimbus for Serra Avenger, she is a dead card until turn 4 (it is unlikely that you running 21 lands will be able to have 2 mana open in turn 4 to play Avenger + counter), which is bad since you want to play early threat then counter opponent's attempt at stopping you.
