Psychic Vortex!!

Hey guys I want some help here!! I would like to build a combo/control competitive deck using Psychic Vortex as main character!! I dont have any ideas in mind and neither a decklist or even a SB!! Please do help me if possible!!!

I dont know a good combo but i can tell you some synergies concerning Vortex.

Library of Leng is great with vortex cause you can keep the cards you want.

Obvious all madness and flashback cards.

Crucible of worlds is great with it --> exploration.

Solitary Confinement is great with it.

Replenish is great with it.

So i would go Combo/Control heres a list just a shoot in the dark never testet or something but maybe something to start from(i am not sure if its competetive 2 Smile

Nonland cards Wink

City of Solitude 2(you have no counters so you need some protection)

Exploration 4(accelerate + Vortex)

Psychic Vortex 4 (the card you wanted Wink

Replenish 4(Very good with all those cards)

Intuition 4(get cards you need gets combo in grave...)

Library of Leng 4(you need it to get the cards you want + ok with careful)

Crucible of Worlds 4(Lots of synergies in this)

Pandemonium 2(combo with saproling)

Saproling Burst 2(see above)

Careful Study(to discard maybe compulsive instead) 4

Gaecas Blessing 2(Prevents from milling yourself use it wise with life from the loam)

Life from the loam 1 (See above + Crucible)

Conflagrate 1 (Works fine with Vortex and is a good target for intuition with Saproling Burst and Pandemonium to get both in grave)

Lands

Wastelands 4
Tundra 1
Tropical Island 2
Windswept Heat 1
Savannnah 2
Volcanic Island 1
Flooded Strand 4
Quicksand 3
City of brass 4

(i hope i counted right for the number of cards thats just an idea not near a finished decklist but maybe a thing to start from)
