I recently began working on a new 1.x deck (im tired of spending money on a constantly changing T2 environment) that I have titled Final Fantasy. It revolves around using Final Fortune on a Iso -Scepter with either platinum Angel or angels grace on another scepter to get infinite turns. Yes I know Chant is better long run, but I want something people don't expect and have Orims as a back up. My question is, "Has anyone messed around with this idea" and if so what are your suggestions. So far I am using basic no-stick decks slightly altered to run 3 FF and 3 Angels grace with 2 P.Angels for late game. Ideas, suggestions?

It doesn't matter though, as soon as someone sees a Scepter, they'll do all they can to disrupt your game plan. Whether it be Krosan Grip, Duress, Cabal Therapy, Ancient Grudge, etc...
I can totally see this happening:
You: Activate 'Sochron with Fortune.
Opponent: Sure. Krosan Grip your Scepter with Angel's Grace on upkeep.

The important thing is that this is not unexpected. The method you're using - Final Fortune - might seem new, but it's using a card people are already used to - Iscochron Scepter. People will have plenty of disruption for the card, so it's not like you can rely on surprising anyone with this kill.

I believe Oath of Druids was involved in the deck somewhere as well.

teferi seems important in order to protect the scepters. However, you might be better off running scepter-chant at that point.

All I can recommend is you play more around the lines of Tron with Platinum Angel and Pact of Negation. Its a Vintage deck actually that plays 3 Angels, 4 Pacts, and a couple others, but Scepter, why go with an inferior gameplan when you could just play the better deck?
