How do sealed deck tournaments work?

Well, I am new to magic-league and before I get into one of the tournaments I want to know what I have to do (I don´t want to be a nuisance). So, I would thank any information about how can I know what cards are in my card pool and any other things you consider useful for a newbie.

after rd 1 is paired you refresh the main page and there is a link to a cardpool on the site where you build your deck, then save it to your computer.
