Profusion combo

I'm pretty sure that i've found my new favorite card in PC, which is funny, because it is only a reprint of another card. That card is Null Profusion, and i think that it has a lot more potential than Recycle did. Mainly because Black has the best rituals in the game and the best tutors. I'm new to vintage, so go a little easy on me, but i feel that this deck isn't terrible and could get better w/ testing/tweeking.

Many of the card choices explain themselves, and if you wonder why Timewalk isn't in there, I found that once i go off, it just is another spell, and the times i draw it beforehand are few and far between. My other possibly strange choice is the decision to run Tormod's Crypt over Leyline of the Void. I like the Crypt better in this deck because it is less dead once i start going off, and just replaces itself for free. Anyway, I've got my flame-retardent suit on, fire away!

Null Profusion is not playable in Vintage. When you have 4BB you would rather spend it on Yawgmoth's Bargain. It's much better.

Bargain happens to be restricted in Vintage, and while i do have access to many good tutors, i find that the combo goes off a lot more effectively if I am able to have 4 of my intended combo card. Also, you notice that i am not spending 4BB on profusion when i play it because i use show and tell. The only time i would hardcast profusion is if i had a ridiculous amount of 0 mana artifacts in hand. I will adjust the list due to the lotus petal issue, but I still think the deck is viable. I am sick of people who just say a deck is bad without giving any reasons or ways it could be improved.

From what I can see the only card I would say needs to be in the deck is Yagmoth's will.

Is there any reason I don't see for it not being in there?

Thats the newest list, due to the restrictedness of lotus petal and the absence of Yawgmoth's Will, which is simply ridiculous every time i play it. The Simian Spirit Guide Slot can become many things, i'm just unsure as to what a good ritual/cheap mana source that can go there is.

Profusion should win you the game anytime you play it. The problem is, there are a ton of other cards that do the same thing for less mana (draw 7s).

Mana Short is just terrible, it has to go. Kaervek's Torch should be another Tendrils, you're missing some fast mana cards (Crypt, Vault), you don't have the mana to consistently be able to play Abeyance, and it isn't very good anyway. Show and Tell is dead if you don't draw Profusion with it. You should look at a Belcher list or something to get started. This deck needs a ton of work.
