Forecast: Multiple per turn possible?

As you all know, forecasted abilities are supposed to be played "only during your upkeep and only once each turn". However, if one has two copies of a forecast card in hand (say two Proclamation of Rebirths), can they then play the forecast ability twice per turn (once for each Proclamation)? Or is it only one time TOTAL per turn, regardless of how many copies of the card you have in hand?

you can do it twice if you can Reveal you have 2 of them in your hand..

if you have multiple forecast cards you can forecast each one once per turn

yes u can forecast each forecast card in ur hand
in fact u can do other things inbetween forecasting
such as Nassif did allll day at worlds
