Experienced Extended Players (I NEED HELP)[meta]

Alright I just got into this format and I'm starting with Previous Level Blue for a few PTQ's comming up what should I know about this deck and its bad matchups.

I also want to teach my friend about the cards to look out for in extended as key deck cards like "Mind's Desire, Enduring Ideal, Dredge Return, Tarmogoyf, Engineered Explosives, Gifts" basically I want to help him understand the decks better by showing the key deck cards so he can understand the purpose of the deck and how these key cards make the deck so if someone could help me figure out i guess I can post all the deck lists I've found which is extensive

it doesn't have to be the best list of that build it is the idea of the deck.. that I'm trying to figure out and the random decks are what I want to recognize as well.. I hate losing to jank because of random shitty cards I'm not prepared for.. anyway don't just post better builds of the decks it is just the idea or purpose of the deck and how they win.. i'm trying to learn // and the stars by the decks are what in my opinion are popular

you should basically know by turn 2 or 3 what your opp is playing just by what lands and waht spells hes played.
