Technically, this card should be able to kill a legend in play and move another from the library to the graveyard, possibly keeping it out of reach. For 8 mana you can plow 2 copies into the graveyard, etc.
My question is, does it search for the flipped version of a legend?
ie: My opponent has a flipped Erayo in play.
I play an ornithopter, Erayo counters it.
I play Mimeofacture.
Do I get Erayo the creature or Erayo the enchantment? |

u wud need to play another spell for erayo to flip seein as u only played 3
erayo wud not come in flipped |

| If you play 2 copies of mimeofacture on a single legends, the first mimeofacture resolves, killing the legend, then the second checks for a target, and doesnt find one, so it fizzles. |

Heroes demise ONLY works on legends, and Mimeofacture is very versitile?

| they erayo would come into play unflipped, but it would not kill the enchantment since it has a different name |

I guess playing it twice wouldn't work. I was thinking they resolved as one spell.
Anyhow, from what I gather, the original text is still in play on a flipped card, so I would be searching for the non-flipped version.
Yes, it's versatile. It works on any legendary permanent, besides being blue. |
