hey im new here and am looking to find a group of people to test with in type 2 using competitive magic decks not stupid casual ones.
im also owndering how do i register for these tournaments and when are they and how do they work sorry for your time but is appreiciated.
and how does the ratings systyem work here?

For testing, you should try asking in #magic-league for a test partner, or a channel dedicated to testing.
To join a tournament, you can sign up on this website while logged in, if there is a tourney forming. The best way to tell if one is forming, rather than clicking refresh every 5 seconds, is to look for announcements in the channel(#magic-league) about one forming, then come here and sign up.
The rating system works just like the DCI rating system, a system based off your rating compared to your opponents rating. The more rating your opponent has than you, the less you will lose for losing and the more you gain for winning, or the way other way around. |

You can also join a team and discuss or test amongst yourselves. |

mh... in the forum?
I was wondering about this tournament:
Jul 1 Sat 4 PM CET MWS Standard (T2) Trial
but I can't find anything here about that. |
