Mono Red is a pretty descent budget T2 deck depending on how you define budget.

agreed heartbeat combo is the ultimate competitive budget deck, not the greatest deck ever, but best bang for your buck in standard right now. ALSO MUC isnt bad on cash, is Warp World still playable?

warp world was never playable, but i do agree heartbeat is a great budget deck cuz of the lack of duals in it

Warp World isn't actually terrible w/ Heartbeat. It's also kind of fun, unless you're playing in MTGO or appr and you're an **** about it. I'd say go Warp World. Combining Warp World and Heartbeat Combo (as they have so much overlap anyway) is probably your best bet at budget, especially if you're looking for a fun deck to play.
