3x Sakura tribe-elder
4x Coiling oracle
3x Azorius Guildmage
4x Azorius Herald
2x Faith Feather
2x Chord of calling
1x Meloku
1x Simic sky swallower
1x Windreaver
3x Umezawa Jitte
4x Loxodon Hierach
4x Voidslime
4x Breeding pool
4x Temple Garden
3x Hallowed fountain
2x Yavimaya Coast
1x Brushland
1x Adakar waste
3x Forest
2x Plains
2x Island

SB
4x Spell Snare
3x Trygon Predator
3x Pithing Needle
3x Ground Seal

I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep the chord of calling, I'm still testing and I would like to know what you think about the deck for now.

My personal opinion, it should look more like this:

3x Bird of paradise
3x Wood Elf
4x Sakura tribe-elder
4x Azorius Guildmage
3x Azorius Herald
3x Faith Fetters
2x Simic sky swallower
2x Windreaver
2x Umezawa Jitte
4x Loxodon Hierarch
4x Voidslime
3x Mana Leak
4x Breeding pool
3x Temple Garden
4x Hallowed fountain
2x Yavimaya Coast
2x Adarkar Wastes
4x Forest
1x Plains
2x Island

Sideboard according to your liking, but dsefinately consider Wrath, Spell Snare, Sacred Ground, More Jittes, the whole kit and kabootle

is this deck better than gruul? why make a deck in non aggro colours? if you are going for an aggro control approach then is it better that sea stompy? im not flaming or trying to insult you, i just want to know why you made an obviously inferior deck

I think the best approach would be to make a U/W weenie with a few counters, so you can drop a clock in the first 2 or 3 turns, then leave counter mana open for wraths or heartbeat combo pieces.

With this deck, you'd be spending your early turns to accelerate, then drop a bomb turn 4, then attack with counter mana up. Notice that this is 1 turn later.

Vs. Ghost Husk, the Deck to Beat, you'd prolly need 4 Jitte. Turn 3 slam a Jitte on some elf or w/e is prolly the best way to kill a Confidant and a Jitte gives you a chance vs their tokens and Pontiff.

I don't like Voidslime as it just sucks vs aggro. Mana Leak and Remand are a lot better vs. aggro in game 1, and i usually side them out in game 2. Especially if they start.

While this is not a bad plan, it will never be guaranteed to be effective. With around 10 sac effects, Ghost Husk can fight around a Jitte better than any other deck. It hurts them to have to fight around a Jitte as it generally involves sacrificing extra creatures, but they should have little trouble keeping the Jitte fully uncharged. And that's without a single Pithing Needle, just husk, rusalka, and ghost council.
