in the meta game the top what do you all think is going to stay on top
predict for regionals
1.ghost husk
2. heart beat
3. magnivore
4 zoo , gruul beats
5. all bw aggro and discard
6. uw, graft, ub
I think heart beats done against war's toll |

Honestly i think its who DOESN"T hit who that will determine this years Regional Champion
The colors avaliable are well everything allowing for a extremly diverse matchups to be everywhere, and because of that there are many aggro and control decks, some are towards anti aggro and anti control in other words hope your Anti-Agrro deck only hits crap control and aggro or face bad luck? =/ just my little view of the meta
... Wizard please don't screw me =.= |

Basically he's saying certain decks will eliminate others not because they're a better deck overall, but because they had a certain matchup vs. another deck.
Example: Zoo < Ghost Dad. Ghost Dad < Heartbeat. This does not mean Heartbeat is the best deck in the format. It simply means by dumb luck, Heartbeat gets an easy time if all it plays against is Ghost Dad all day.
Understood? |

well obviously, but heartbeat has a bad matchup with zoo, which u didn't say.
it's kinda like the kebe-sandler-it love triangle. |

hope you realize war's toll doesnt shit on heartbeat.
They just tap all their lands in response...... It's not like they switch phases during the combo |

| i think ghost husk is a pretty safe choice for any regionals...from my testing, if you know the deck pretty well, it has decent matchups against everything...of course some being better than others, but overall, theres isnt any auto loss matchups. |

how stupid can u get?????
hearbeat taps out all at once anyway and if u played war's toll all u did was waste a turn, 4 mana, and a deck slot |

Gruul and UW/UB on your list are too high. Izzetron is amazingly missing completely. The second highest deck in MODO top 8's is MISSING COMPLETELY. and you have the highest deck at #5!
also, the Zoo<Ghost Dad<Heartbeat arguement is awful. Ghost Dad is the anti-aggro version of Owl. Neither Ghost Dad nor Owl should get played. They just aren't the correct decks to plug into the formula.
Although it would have been a good arguement if you said Tog < Madness and Beats, Madness and Beats < Wake. You would have logically determined that Wake would be a good choice for Regionals three years ago. Part of the reason it wasn't paper-rock-scissors is because Wake was played in small numbers, so Tog got losses most of the time, aggro got wins most of the time, and Wake stays at top as long as it started out on top. |

| wat i think is taht W/U and G/U is completely over looked rememebr that W/U control is a clasic and also the cards taht came out for G/U are very powerfull a person can easily slap together a 4 hinders 4 manaleak 4 remand 4 voidslime 4 rewind 4 remove soul and a couple of creatures and win the game and same goes with W/U cept u jus add wrath of good and weenies 2 beat them up with |
