In the beginning, when God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was a formless wasteland, and darkness covered the abyss, while a mighty wind swept over the waters. Then God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

Fun for casual, maybe. This is pretty much suicide black with less disruption and less threats. It's sort of like a mish-mash of Sui and Stax, and doesn't play either side very well.

To make it better, you absolutely have to cut Ivory Tower. The card is just awful. When you do draw the lone Necro, it will help, yes, but when you don't, it does nothing. Even when you do draw Necro, it isn't that good because it only helps in the long term. Your deck can't play the long-game because nearly every competitive vintage deck is much more powerful than yours and will win the game when given enough turns. That is also why you need a significantly better clock than 4 Shades. You absolutely have to run Negator to win before your oppenent gets enough resources together to play something powerful enough to win the game, which you probably won't be able to answer, because you're monoblack. The only game you can win is the game in which you apply quick pressure and disrupt the opponent long enough for your threat to win the game. Negator is the ideal creature for this strategy.
