I remember fondly when tsp/rav was the current t2 and my favorite pet deck of that era was a ug monstrosity that basically just ended up taking a bunch of turns and killing with a faerie conclave. I remade the deck recently and have been having quite a bit of success with it.

creatures
1x emrakul, the aeons torn

spells
1x elixir of immortality
3x noxious revival
4x remand
4x howling mine
4x rites of flourishing
4x fog
4x exhaustion
2x chandra the firebrand
4x time warp
3x walk the aeons
1x time stretch

land
4x steam vents
1x stomping ground
4x breeding pool
6x island
2x faerie conclave
1x forest
1x mountain
3x scalding tarn
3x misty rainforest

The sideboard is still under construction as I am trying to find what works best and shore up possible weak matchups.

So far I have played against 4 different 12post decks and I have been able to decimate them every game. Seems remand and exhaustion are the key to this matchup. It slows them down just enough that you can combo out regularly. Fog/exhaustion is what keeps zoo from running all over me but I have not been able to test this matchup as much as I would like.

some notes on card choices
howling mine and rites of flourishing are the key to drawing enough time warp effects and keeping the combo running
the 1 emerakul is a great kill card as it can't be countered and there is very little your opp can do to it while you are taking your extra turns.
the 2 chandras are worth the red splash imo as it helps you not run out of steam (by copying time warp effects) and giving you an extra method of killing your opponent
the 1 elixir is necessary because a few times I have had the emerakul on the bottom of my deck and needed another turn. The elixir gives you that turn (so you don't deck yourself) and 5 life is nothing to scoff at.

As always, test it before flaming. Constructive criticism always appreciated.

Maybe I'm missing something. You mentioned comboing out several times - but is there actually a combo?

The "combo" is just taking enough turns to draw your whole deck and attacking with an emrakul. It happens very consistently. You don't need infinite turns, just enough turns.

this deck used to be insane back in the day, imo walk the aeons is better
