I was just curious. Saturday seems like it would be a better day for such a long event.

I also would prefer Masters on Saturday.

I can't play Masters on Sunday evenings (Europe) because I've to get up early on Monday.

We have hosted masters on Saturday before. Sometimes the date is TC dependent, sometimes it might try to avoid conflicting with something else in real life, and sometimes it can be random.

If you want to discuss this matter further, you should also contact Shyft-; he organizes those events and can likely work something out.

Truth is much simpler. They don't do Masters on saturday because they are affraid to lose against the european magic elite. Most masters on sunday are too late for the elite players. This way they can keep the prize money and their pride :p .

Magic-League is mostly Europe-based in organization, and most of the master TCs are from Europe.

I know. That's the reason why Magic-League still exists and other sites like o*gaming failed. The majority of the judges and probably players are however non european.
That's how the world works, we produce the goods you consume Rolling Eyes .

Now, that's good old european tradition :p .
