You only have 73 pics in your 10E folder.
Here are all 383 cards taken from MTGatherer, with black borders added & blown up +50%. They may seem sketchy when viewed solo, but when rendered in MWS, they look nice enough to play with until the HQ pics wrap it up.

There should be all cards in the tenth folder, you downloaded all files, and unpacked them???
Ok i looked if some editions are missing, i forgot beatdown and anthologies, so i missed the promos and them but rest are all added, and i only added the crops they are enough.
@balthazarr this are split archievs if you wish to download several things, just look here in the forums, their are enough ways to get them  |

Remember that if you want to be sure to have the best scans, you have to go here.
Mostly you'll get the same pictures, but not exactly ... |
