Heya, this is an idea for blink riders, mised with reviellark, since they both use venser, blink, and body double, which in this deck can double as riders w/out echo. Also, Fulminator mage makes a good addition.
I chose judge unworthy as a removal spell, because it sets up combos well and can take care of many problem creatures.

4 Avalanche Riders
4 Body Double
4 Reviellark
3 Fulminator mage
4 momentary blink
3 condemn
4 riftwing cloudskate
4 judge unworthy
4 mulldrifter

25 land

Any suggestions or a solid mana base and sideboard would be welcome. Thank you,

Or Judge Unworthy may do nothing at all, depends on luck. Oblivion Ring is way better. Also, Condemn is situational. You know that your deck does nothing the first 4 turns yes? At that point land destruction hardly matters. You need mana acceleration. At least 5, probably 6 divided between 4 Coldsteel Hearts and 2 Prismatic Lens. You need Wrath of God and Boom/Bust + Flagstones. And you need to win every dice roll. 4 Body Double and 4 Reveillark are overkill, and Fulminator Mage is hard to cast in a triple-colour deck which tries to dictate tempo.

You need Vexing Shusher in sideboard against control. Wispmare against Bitterblossom. Firespout vs elves, merfolk, faeries. Aven Riftwatcher vs red. Faerie Macabre against mirror.

I agree that you need more acceleration. Back in the Ravnica/Time Spiral/9th Standard when the Lightning Angel/ LD decks were popular, most of them ran 24-25 lands AND 6 signets to ensure that you could always have LD on turn 3. (Also, those decks had access to Stone Rain...)

The problem with the deck that you posted, is that you won't be able to play LD until turn 4, and you don't have that much LD anyway. LD decks do well when they can prey on slower formats, but current T2 is way too fast for LD to do well because every deck that isn't Faeries still runs 20+ creatures and can go psuedo-aggro if it needs to.

But if you still want to try out LD, in addition to 6-8 mana accelerators, you will also need some way to sweep the board (Wrath of God). You can take out Condemn because most decks will not be attacking you with a few big threats, but instead they will attack you with several small ones (like a bunch of Faerie tokens), which really minimizes the effectiveness of Condemn. Also, Judge Unworthy has the potential to fizzle really badly against any large threats you are likely to see (those with 5+ power... Oona, Doran, Goyf, et al.)... So both Condemn and Judge Unworthy have the potential to remove a big threat, but they will be more likely to just take out a single small one. Wrath will take out several small ones, as well as any big ones.

Here.... I just threw this together:

4 Lark
4 Riders
4 Drifter
3 Mage
3 Venser

4 Rune Snag
3 Blink
4 Coldsteel Heart
2 Prismatic Lens
4 Wrath
2 Cryptic Command

4 Adakar Waste
4 Battlefield Forge
4 Mystic Gate
2 Shivan Reef
5 Plains
3 Island
1 Mountain

Cloudskates are too slow, and I honestly think that the Fulminator Mage is warping the mana base (so he's a 3-of). The basic plan is to disrupt early with some LD to buy you enough time to swing in for the win with some 2/2s. Use Lark to boost yuo position in the late game, if necessary. I did not actually do any math regarding the mana base. You might consider some Vivid Lands, though, since you have 0 one-drops.

And for the record. this deck will roll over to Faeries, Elves, and Red aggro...

the issue is you dont have the lightning helixes to beat aggro or the remands to slow control anymore. The deck isn't very good if you want lark play UW

What Daveslusher said is also very true. UW Lark is definitely your best bet now.
