Yes magus of the mirror is a sick card.....if you can successfully cast it that is. If you survive getting him down at least turns 5-7 without him getting countered, then you have to worry about burns. A one mana shock can take him out, for example. And then if he survives that, there's the all too common bounce with cards like venser, riftwing cloudskate, etc. This is all assuming it doesn't get thoughtseized or discarded.
But useful nonetheless. |
