I think oversoul of dusk > thornwatch scarecrow. Ravens run dragoon doesn't really do anything, its kind of expensive. Squall line, cloudthresher, firespout, and raking canopy are all better.

Trueeevil's pretty much spot on. In addition to that:

You have no cards that require white. Go all Forests. Also, cut Medicine Runner (narrow usage and worse than a bear) and Barkshell Blessing for Llanowar Elves and even out some of those 3-ofs.

Also, Pithing Needle stops a few things in Standard, but Bitterblossom is not one of them. The meta doesn't favor them right now, cut them for Squall Line.

I'd agree with what's been said so far. When I was looking at the GW Ramp lists, I realized it's almost mono green except for Oblivion Ring and Wrath of God. the GW hybrids are extremely strong and would make for a good mono green deck, and that sure makes mana easier.

Oversoul of Dusk is INCREDIBLE. Also, I'd make a case for Cloudthresher, Troll Ascetic, and Loxodon Warhammer, as well as Primal Command.

That list needs at least a couple of Treetop Villages, if not 4.

SB: 4 [TSP] Squall Line
SB: 3 [LRW] Cloudthresher

Funny how I didn't notice the lack of white _requiring_ spells.

Played one game w/this deck. Lost miserably. Still seems slow without any turn 1 or two drops. Elves are good _when_ you draw them. Maybe I'll add some birds for chump blocking / mana acceleration.

-1 Warhammer
-1 Oversoul
-2 Heartmender
+4 Wren's Run Vanquisher

-5 Forest
+4 Horizon Canopy
+1 Pendelhaven

-2 Heartmender
-3 Garruk
+1 Safehold Elite
+4 Imperious Perfect

... and if you have no turn 1 and 2 drops, mulligan. With a deck like this that is autoloss.
